We use the best couverture, ethically sourced ingredients, fresh spices, quality liquors and natural flavours in our chocolates. We have recently added wonderful chocolate bars and chocolate bark to our existing extensive range of fresh truffles and chocolate fudge.
Our three entries in the International Great Taste Awards 2011 have received gold stars!
One gold star for our delicious Chai espresso truffle and two gold stars each for our Cardamom orange truffle and our Tequila salt lemon truffle.
You can meet us Thursdays at Kilkenny Farmers’ Market, 9am-3pm, Saturdays at Waterford City Farmers’ Market, 9.30am-3pm and on Sundays at the CoCo Market in the Peoples Park, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, 10am-4.30pm.
Our chocolates are available in our own shop at Chapel Lane, Thomastown, Glasrai and Goodies Deli in Gowran, Co. Kilkenny, The Wine Buff, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford and as part of Trail Kilkenny in Eurospar Supermarket, Newpark, Kilkenny.

We are looking for an Experienced Chef/Cook for immediate start. Full training provided.
Preference given to those with experience in baking and pastry work. Position would suit a dynamic person who has a genuine interest in learning about and working with chocolate and wishes to take on responsibility.
