Everything is made by hand the artisan way to provide an experience that stimulates all senses. Carefully selected French and Belgian coverture delivers richer and deeper flavours in the spirit of bringing chocolate to life.
Set up in 2005 in Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny, The Truffle Fairy has moved from the kitchen table to a Chocolate Production Kitchen, Shop and Chocolate Café, creating full-time employment and together with Podge the Chocolatier and her partner Gavin as Director of Sales they have expanded from their local Farmer’s Markets to include local gourmet shops and cafes and Dublin’s weekend CoCo Market in Dun Laoghaire.
